The Ruby Award involves local club recognition of women in their community that have worked to improve the lives of women and girls through their professional and / or volunteer work.
The Live your Dream Award (formerly the Women’s Opportunity Award) assists women entering or re-entering the workforce in obtaining the education and skills training they need to improve their employment status.
